Prog metal band Noveria was formed in 2014 in central Italy by guitar virtuoso Francesco Mattei and DGM master bassist Andrea Arcangeli.
The band released their first LP 'Risen' through Scarlet Records the same year.
Their debut album was awarded as Best Metal Newcomer of the year 2014 by Metalunderground.com.

Second album 'Forsaken' was released in 2016 and it's a concept album, the fruit of a year-long research for musical expressions of the specific emotions described in the theory of five stages of death by dr. Elisabeth Kubler-Ross ("near death specialized" psychiatrist).The album is dedicated to a brilliant young woman who was taken away from her family by an aggressive cancer.

Many shows followed around Europe with performances described as impeccable.

Third studio album for the band saw the light in late 2019 'Aequilibrium' and got highly acclaimed by both critic and crowd.
This album is a consacration for the band and considered one of the best in the genre by specialized press; ex: "not one weak song" cit Metal Bite (USA).
Some compare them to the best Symphony-X

Noveria's goal is to create a complete headbanging experience with a melodic twist, combining massive guitar riffs with atmospheric keyboards along with technically challenging solos.

Main sources of inspiration come from genres like Symphonic, Industrial and Death Metal and Noveria proved to be able to make a perfect mix of it all.
